    Q: Do you ship internationally?

    A: Yes, we ship our swag-in-a-bag to all parts of the world. Prices for shipping may vary. For more information, please visit our shipping policy page here.


    Q: Can we pick up the orders if we live in Vancouver, BC?

    A: Yes, you can e-mail us to see when and where we'll be during the week to pick up your order(s). However if you want to arrange a specific date and time that works best for you then there will be a small fee of $2 to cover transportation cost.


    Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order(s)?

    A: You can find order processing and shipping information on our shipping information page as it will vary from one location to another. If you're from Vancouver and plan to pick up your order(s) and depending on when you contact us, it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.


    Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping?

    A: Currently we don't however we plan to do so in the near future!


    Q: Can I modify my order(s) after I've submitted it?

    A: If you would like to make any changes to an order that you've previously placed, please contact us through e-mail within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been processed we cannot make any changes within our system.


    Q: I received my shirt but it doesn't fit, what is our return policy?

    A: To avoid any complications we highly recommend that you look at the t-shirt measurements before placing an order. If you want more information on our return policy, please refer to this


    Q: How does the Point System work?

    A: To take part in our point system you will need to be a registered user. Different items will earn you different points which you can redeem after collecting a certain amount:


    100 – TWO (2) randomly chosen mini cards

    200 – a set of four (4) random mini cards

    500 - $10 off coupon code


    To redeem your points please contact us through e-mail using the e-mail address that you've registered with. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days with further information.
